Sandy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. Throughout her career, she has supported a diverse patient population across a wide range of specialties, always with a compassionate and attentive approach.
Driven by the belief that when people look good, they feel good — and vice versa — Sandy has long been dedicated to helping others feel their best. Today, she brings that same passion to the world of aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to helping individuals look and feel radiant, confident, and healthy from the inside out.

Dr. Tracey Steady Hardcastle is a highly experienced Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, bringing over 20 years of clinical expertise to her practice. She holds both a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science. Dr. Hardcastle is dedicated to integrative, patient-centered care, combining traditional wisdom with modern science to support each individual's path to wellness.
Bringing PRP Facials to Graceful You Aesthetics
At Graceful You, we’ve long been interested in offering PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) facials, knowing that the most transformative results occur when PRP is combined with microneedling. However, due to licensing regulations in Massachusetts, Nurse Practitioners are not permitted to perform microneedling — which meant finding a creative, compliant way to bring this advanced treatment to our clients.
Fortunately, a new client introduced me to Dr. Tracey Steady Hardcastle, a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. As a licensed Acupuncturist in Massachusetts, Dr. Hardcastle is authorized to perform microneedling — and from there, a beautiful collaboration was born.
In our partnership, I perform the blood draw and prepare the PRP, Dr. Hardcastle performs the microneedling, and I apply the PRP during the treatment. The process is seamless, professional, and most importantly — it delivers stunning results.
